How to Book To make a booking: we will first need to confirm our availability A 20% deposit of your total estimated balance (including your refundable security deposit for chair covers & linens) will secure your date. If your date is less than 6 weeks away,, we will require the full balance and the security deposit when booking If you prefer, you can download and complete a booking form, then print, read and sign the terms and conditions and send it to us with your payment as described above or see how to pay for more details.

What happens after you make a booking Once you have decided to make a booking, we will send you a booking form, Confirm the details, read and sign the terms and conditions and send it to us with your deposit payment using one of the methods described in how to book. You can amend your guest numbers up or down and add other items as many times as required up until your final payment, 6 weeks before the event. If you make any changes, we will send you an amended booking form, numbering the version,usually via e mail.
